Refund policy

At Sunnah Organics, we are committed to providing premium-quality organic and natural products. Every order is carefully packed and inspected before dispatch. Due to the nature of our food and consumable products, please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

Returns

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns on food products once they have been delivered, except in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was damaged during shipping.
  • The product was leaking or its packaging was severely damaged upon arrival.
  • The product was expired at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued when:

  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product arrived damaged or unusable.
  • Your prepaid order could not be fulfilled.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on the payment method used.

Exchanges

If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no additional cost.

To request an exchange, please provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping package
  • A brief description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken safety seals
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Orders where the customer changes their mind after delivery

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
