Return & Refund Policy – Sunnah Organics

At Sunnah Organics, we take pride in delivering high-quality, natural, and fresh products. Due to the nature of our food items, we have a limited return and refund policy to ensure hygiene and safety standards.

1. Returns Eligibility
We only accept returns if:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

• The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery

To request a return, please contact us with clear images or videos of the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used products

• Change of mind

• Taste preferences

3. Refund Policy
Once your claim is verified:

• You may receive a full or partial refund, or

• A replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.

4. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

5. Shipping Issues
Sunnah Organics is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or weather conditions. However, we will assist you in tracking your order.
