  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.

From time to time, Sunnah Organics may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on our website or social media pages.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking details via WhatsApp, SMS, or email (where applicable), allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:

Sunnah Organics is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If incorrect information is provided and your order cannot be delivered, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the package
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable under our Return & Refund Policy.

Failed Deliveries

If a customer is unavailable or refuses to accept the order without a valid reason, Sunnah Organics reserves the right to refuse future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders or require advance payment for future purchases.
